This is the first official image of the new Aston Martin Rapide four-door super-saloon. Obtained exclusively by CAR Magazine, this computer-generated rendering from Aston shows the final production form of its new Rapide saloon. You can see a second image, and read about CAR’s exclusive ride in the development V12 Vantage, in the January 2009 issue of CAR Magazine, out now.
A handful of photos leaked out on Monday showing what appears to be the new Aston Martin V12 Vantage roadster. They look legit to us, but, upon very close inspection, some of the details don't appear to be quite right. But, we're not Photoshop experts and the irregularities could be the result of standard press photo retouching.
Hyundai Veloster to get new 204bhp Turbo
When Hyundai revealed details of the Veloster Coupe – the successor to the successful Hyundai Coupe – we found lots we liked and, really, just on thing we didn’t – its paucity of power. All the new Veloster had to offer was the 138bhp 1.6 litre GDI petrol which, although quite frugal, didn’t exactly light a fire of desire for the Veloster in the way we would have liked. So when we reported a couple of weeks ago that Hyundai had revealed a couple of new engines in Korea – a 204bhp turbo and a 150bhp diesel – we rather hoped that Hyundai would see fit to bolt both in to the Veloster sooner rather than later.
